Finely tuned coaching, for one or several months, after the training

Following our Agile trainings (Agile and Mixed project Management in Industry), a team can be coached to implement new Agile practices in the most efficient way.

A several month coaching helps to follow the team and the project, can provide feedback to management and can influence positively the overall company (processes, communication...).

Duration and intensity of the coaching can be set according to objectives and specificities.

Our coaching provides both support and stimulation, to challenge the team and change practices sustainably.

Coaching is "per project".
