Creativity & Innovation Workshops for Business

Facilitation of creative and innovative workshops

Looking for a creativity workshop to boost your team's innovation? SolidCreativity facilitates tailored sessions, on-site or remotely, to solve blocking problems or design your products and services of tomorrow.

Our workshops use a structured, proven approach that generates concrete, immediately actionable ideas - without relying on traditional brainstorming.

Choosing between problem-solving and innovative design

Our creativity and innovation workshops are tailored to two complementary objectives:

Blocking problem-solving

Do you have a recurring technical challenge, a costly malfunction or an obstacle blocking a project?

This workshop starts directly from your concrete problem to quickly generate creative, simple and immediately applicable solutions - the ones that conventional approaches failed to find.

Innovative design

Want to create a new product, service, range or business model by anticipating future market needs?

This workshop helps you imagine original, disruptive and highly differentiating concepts, capable of setting you apart from the competition - without starting from an existing problem.

Both formats are complementary: it is common to start by designing an ambitious concept, then work on its technical feasibility if needed.

Whatever your objective, the duration (half-day), number of participants and effectiveness remain the same.

How a creativity and innovation workshop works

This structured method adapts to your needs: solving complex technical problems or innovative design of new products, services or business models.

1) Topic preparation

This step is done beforehand, remotely (video call and document exchange), to properly frame the challenge and maximise session effectiveness.

2) Workshop facilitation

After a quick round of introductions, our experienced facilitator guides the group for approximately 3 hours using a structured method that stimulates idea generation in every possible direction.

The full workshop lasts half a day.

3) Idea processing

We offer several options depending on your needs:

  • Immediate delivery of the complete list of generated ideas.
  • Support to sort and evaluate ideas using a proven multi-criteria tool.

We can also help you analyse the potential of ideas (short, medium and long term), format them and prepare their presentation to facilitate internal adoption.

On-site or remote creativity workshops

Remote creativity workshops

Our creativity workshops are equally effective on-site and via video conference, thanks to a highly structured facilitation that maintains the involvement of all participants.

A real strength of our approach

The method uses stimulating questions displayed on screen and regularly renewed. This guides collective thinking, relaunches creativity in every possible direction, and makes the shared screen the central element of the session - ideal for remote work.

Maximum flexibility

These formats reduce travel, costs and wasted time. Participants can be on multiple sites or even working from home.
Ideas are captured live by the facilitator or by each participant depending on group size.
At the end of the session, you receive the list of ideas (sorted or not) and, if you wish, the complete video recording of the workshop.

Practical information about our creativity and innovation workshops

Very easy to organise

Our sessions require no special preparation or exceptional venue. They are effective at your premises, in a video conference room or remotely - hundreds of participants every year confirm it!

Logistics

On-site

  • Large room with U-shaped tables, flipchart and projector.
  • 4 to 8 participants from your company (ideally from different disciplines).

Remote

  • Each participant needs a computer connected to the Internet.
  • Individual or group connection (video conference room), or a mix of both.

During seminars or larger events

  • Workshops in parallel sub-groups.
  • Each group is guided by visual aids and targeted questions to guarantee the same effectiveness.

Why our structured approach is more effective than traditional brainstorming

  • It complements free thinking by systematically exploring all possible directions, including those that seem counter-intuitive at first.
  • It allows you to stay focused on a specific topic for a long time without losing energy.
  • It fully leverages the expertise present in the room (your engineers, technicians, managers) without needing outside "naive" profiles. Your experts regain a fresh perspective on their own subject, even after 20 years of experience.
